Ulnar-Mammary Syndrome (UMS)

Ulnar-Mammary Syndrome, also known as schinzel syndrome, is related to ankyloglossia with or without tooth anomalies and digeorge syndrome. An important gene associated with Ulnar-Mammary Syndrome is TBX3 (T-Box Transcription Factor 3), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Human Embryonic Stem Cell Pluripotency and Embryonic and Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers. Affiliated tissues include breast and bone, and related phenotypes are abnormal fingernail morphology and abnormality of temperature regulation
