Tetraploidy, also known as tetraploidy syndrome, is related to leukemia, acute myeloid and mismatch repair cancer syndrome. An important gene associated with Tetraploidy is LATS1 (Large Tumor Suppressor Kinase 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Pleural mesothelioma and Chks in Checkpoint Regulation. Affiliated tissues include thymus and skin, and related phenotypes are microcephaly and biparietal narrowing
