Torticollis

Torticollis, also known as wry neck/torticollis, is related to cervical dystonia and dystonia 11, myoclonic. An important gene associated with Torticollis is ARID1B (AT-Rich Interaction Domain 1B), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Androgen receptor network in prostate cancer and Alpha-synuclein signaling. The drugs Ibuprofen and Fentanyl have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include globus pallidus and subthalamic nucleus, and related phenotypes are facial asymmetry and torticollis
