Tenorio Syndrome (TNORS)

Tenorio Syndrome, also known as overgrowth, macrocephaly, and intellectual disability syndrome, is related to hypotonia and overgrowth syndrome, and has symptoms including apnea, seizures and syncope. An important gene associated with Tenorio Syndrome is RNF125 (Ring Finger Protein 125). Related phenotypes are macrocephaly and intellectual disability
