Thymoma, also known as primary thymic epithelial neoplasm, is related to thymoma type b2 and thymic carcinoma. An important gene associated with Thymoma is KIT (KIT Proto-Oncogene, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Activation of cAMP-Dependent PKA and Class I MHC mediated antigen processing and presentation.
