Syngnathia

Syngnathia, also known as cleft palate-lateral synechia syndrome, is related to popliteal pterygium syndrome and van der woude syndrome. An important gene associated with Syngnathia is IRF6 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 6), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Mesodermal commitment pathway and Embryonic and Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers.
