Strabismus

Strabismus, also known as strabismus, susceptibility to, is related to hypertelorism and scoliosis, and has symptoms including ophthalmoplegia, spasm of conjugate gaze and anomalies of divergence. An important gene associated with Strabismus is TYR (Tyrosinase), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Dravet syndrome and Orexin receptor pathway. The drugs Atracurium and Isoflurane have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and thyroid, and related phenotypes are strabismus and microtropia
