Spastic Paraplegia 4, also known as spastic paraplegia type 4, is related to spastic paraplegia 4, autosomal dominant and hereditary spastic paraplegia, and has symptoms including low back pain, urgency of micturition and agitation. An important gene associated with Spastic Paraplegia 4 is SPAST (Spastin). Affiliated tissues include spinal cord and brain.
