Short Stature-Micrognathia Syndrome, also known as short stature, rhizomelic, with microcephaly, micrognathia, and developmental delay, is related to microtia. An important gene associated with Short Stature-Micrognathia Syndrome is ARCN1 (Archain 1). Affiliated tissues include liver and skeletal muscle, and related phenotypes are short stature and intrauterine growth retardation
