Scabies

Scabies, also known as sarcoptic itch, is related to norwegian scabies and bullous pemphigoid, and has symptoms including exanthema, fever and pruritus. An important gene associated with Scabies is MBL2 (Mannose Binding Lectin 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system. The drugs Azithromycin and Permethrin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and breast.
