Substance Dependence is related to drug dependence and alcohol dependence. An important gene associated with Substance Dependence is OPRM1 (Opioid Receptor Mu 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and Class A/1 (Rhodopsin-like receptors).
