Relapsing Polychondritis

Relapsing Polychondritis, also known as polychondritis, relapsing, is related to conjunctivitis and scleritis. An important gene associated with Relapsing Polychondritis is MATN1 (Matrilin 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and TGF-Beta Pathway. The drugs Aldesleukin and Rituximab have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and trachea, and related phenotypes are cataract and arthritis
