Radial Neuropathy

Radial Neuropathy is related to radial nerve lesion and neuropathy, hereditary, with liability to pressure palsies. An important gene associated with Radial Neuropathy is CCDC122 (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 122), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Diseases of glycosylation and O-linked glycosylation of mucins. The drugs Lidocaine and Anesthetics have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include spinal cord and skin.
