Progesterone Resistance, also known as pseudocorpus luteum insufficiency, is related to endometriosis and endometrial disease. An important gene associated with Progesterone Resistance is PGR (Progesterone Receptor), and among its related pathways/superpathways are ESR-mediated signaling and Breast cancer pathway. The drugs Progesterone and Progestins have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
