Pupil Disease

Pupil Disease, also known as pupil disorders, is related to epithelial-stromal tgfbi dystrophy and intraocular pressure quantitative trait locus, and has symptoms including eye manifestations, meningism and mydriasis. An important gene associated with Pupil Disease is OPN4 (Opsin 4). The drugs Propofol and Remifentanil have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and brain.
