Panuveitis

Panuveitis, also known as diffuse uveitis, is related to macular retinal edema and retinal detachment. An important gene associated with Panuveitis is IFNA2 (Interferon Alpha 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation. The drugs Prednisone and Dexamethasone have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and retina, and related phenotypes are endocrine/exocrine gland and liver/biliary system
