Panniculitis

Panniculitis, also known as nodular panniculitis, is related to nodular nonsuppurative panniculitis and proteasome-associated autoinflammatory syndrome 1, and has symptoms including exanthema, other musculoskeletal symptoms referable to limbs and pain in limb. An important gene associated with Panniculitis is HAVCR2 (Hepatitis A Virus Cellular Receptor 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and TGF-Beta Pathway. The drugs Ifosfamide and Methotrexate have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
