Pemphigoid

Pemphigoid is related to cicatricial pemphigoid and pemphigoid gestationis. An important gene associated with Pemphigoid is DST (Dystonin), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and ERK Signaling. The drugs Prednisone and Omalizumab have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and salivary gland, and related phenotypes are homeostasis/metabolism and growth/size/body region
