Plexopathy

Plexopathy is related to brachial plexus neuropathy and brachial plexus lesion. An important gene associated with Plexopathy is PMP22 (Peripheral Myelin Protein 22), and among its related pathways/superpathways are EGR2 and SOX10-mediated initiation of Schwann cell myelination and Intracellular trafficking proteins involved in CMT neuropathy. The drugs Clodronic acid and Pentoxifylline have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
