Palindromic Rheumatism

Palindromic Rheumatism, also known as hench-rosenberg syndrome, is related to felty syndrome and hypersensitivity vasculitis, and has symptoms including arthralgia, other symptoms referable to joint and stiffness of joint, not elsewhere classified in icd10cm. An important gene associated with Palindromic Rheumatism is PRTN3 (Proteinase 3). The drugs Abatacept and Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
