Poliomyelitis

Poliomyelitis, also known as infantile paralysis, is related to nonparalytic poliomyelitis and paralytic poliomyelitis. An important gene associated with Poliomyelitis is PVR (PVR Cell Adhesion Molecule), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and TGF-Beta Pathway. The drugs Calcium carbonate and Zinc cation have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
