Pik3ca-Related Overgrowth Syndrome, also known as pik3ca related overgrowth syndrome, is related to segmental progressive overgrowth syndrome with fibroadipose hyperplasia and congenital infiltrating lipomatosis of the face. An important gene associated with Pik3ca-Related Overgrowth Syndrome is PIK3CA (Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-Bisphosphate 3-Kinase Catalytic Subunit Alpha).
