Physical Urticaria

Physical Urticaria, also known as symptomatic dermographism, is related to cholinergic urticaria and vibratory urticaria, and has symptoms including darier's sign and integumentary system signs and symptoms. An important gene associated with Physical Urticaria is ADGRE2 (Adhesion G Protein-Coupled Receptor E2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are GPCRs, other and GPCRs, class B secretin-like. The drugs Omalizumab and Immunologic Factors have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and brain, and related phenotypes are immune system and hematopoietic system
