Podoconiosis, also known as nonfilarial elephantiasis of lower legs, susceptibility to, is related to elephantiasis and graves' disease. An important gene associated with Podoconiosis is PDCOS (Podoconiosis, Susceptibility To), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Golgi-to-ER retrograde transport and Actin Nucleation by ARP-WASP Complex. The drugs Doxycycline and Glycerin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and liver.
