Piebald Trait (PBT)

Piebald Trait, also known as piebaldism, is related to griscelli syndrome, type 2 and griscelli syndrome. An important gene associated with Piebald Trait is KIT (KIT Proto-Oncogene, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase), and among its related pathways/superpathways are PAK Pathway and Development Angiotensin activation of ERK.
