Osteoporosis, Juvenile, also known as idiopathic juvenile osteoporosis, is related to insulin-like growth factor i and secondary hyperparathyroidism. An important gene associated with Osteoporosis, Juvenile is WNT1 (Wnt Family Member 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and Signaling by WNT. The drugs Teriparatide and Hormones have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
