Osteogenic Sarcoma (OSRC)

Osteogenic Sarcoma, also known as osteosarcoma, is related to bone osteosarcoma and b-cell lymphoma. An important gene associated with Osteogenic Sarcoma is TP53 (Tumor Protein P53), and among its related pathways/superpathways are miRNA regulation of DNA damage response and BRCA1 Pathway. The drugs Zoledronic acid and Lithium carbonate have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
