Oncocytoma

Oncocytoma, also known as oxyphilic adenoma, is related to renal oncocytoma and birt-hogg-dube syndrome 1. An important gene associated with Oncocytoma is MT-ND6 (Mitochondrially Encoded NADH:Ubiquinone Oxidoreductase Core Subunit 6), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Keratinization and COPI-independent Golgi-to-ER retrograde traffic. The drugs Trametinib and Dabrafenib have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
