Neutrophil Actin Dysfunction (NAD)

Neutrophil Actin Dysfunction, also known as nad, is related to encephalopathy, progressive, early-onset, with brain edema and/or leukoencephalopathy, 2 and lactate dehydrogenase deficiency. An important gene associated with Neutrophil Actin Dysfunction is LSP1 (Lymphocyte Specific Protein 1). Affiliated tissues include neutrophil and bone marrow, and related phenotypes are abnormality of metabolism/homeostasis and recurrent bacterial infections
