Neutropenia

Neutropenia, also known as leukopenia, is related to cyclic neutropenia and severe congenital neutropenia. An important gene associated with Neutropenia is ELANE (Elastase, Neutrophil Expressed), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Lineage-specific Markers and Cytokines and inflammatory response. The drugs Methotrexate and Cisplatin have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include breast and bone marrow, and related phenotypes are immune system and endocrine/exocrine gland
