Neurilemmoma, also known as schwannoma, is related to neurilemmoma of the fifth cranial nerve and peripheral nerve schwannoma. An important gene associated with Neurilemmoma is SMARCB1 (SWI/SNF Related, Matrix Associated, Actin Dependent Regulator Of Chromatin, Subfamily B, Member 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and Neuroscience. The drugs Bevacizumab and Lapatinib have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include brain and breast, and related phenotypes are abnormal cranial nerve morphology and abnormal temporal bone morphology
