Myeloproliferative Syndrome, Transient (MST)

Myeloproliferative Syndrome, Transient, also known as transient myeloproliferative syndrome, is related to myeloid leukemia associated with down syndrome and hemorrhagic disease. An important gene associated with Myeloproliferative Syndrome, Transient is GATA1 (GATA Binding Protein 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Response to elevated platelet cytosolic Ca2+ and Assembly of the pre-replicative complex.
