Myelofibrosis, also known as primary myelofibrosis, is related to myeloproliferative neoplasm and thrombocytosis. An important gene associated with Myelofibrosis is MPL (MPL Proto-Oncogene, Thrombopoietin Receptor), and among its related pathways/superpathways are TGF-Beta Pathway and PAK Pathway. The drugs Lactitol and Lenograstim have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
