Mastocytosis

Mastocytosis, also known as malignant mast cell tumours, is related to mastocytosis, cutaneous and systemic mastocytosis with associated hematologic neoplasm, and has symptoms including exanthema and pruritus. An important gene associated with Mastocytosis is KIT (KIT Proto-Oncogene, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase), and among its related pathways/superpathways are ERK Signaling and MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation.
