Malan Syndrome, also known as malan overgrowth syndrome, is related to overgrowth syndrome and marshall-smith syndrome. An important gene associated with Malan Syndrome is NFIX (Nuclear Factor I X). Affiliated tissues include bone and eye, and related phenotypes are accelerated skeletal maturation and macrocephaly
