Macular Holes

Macular Holes, also known as macular hole, is related to microvascular complications of diabetes 5 and macular dystrophy, dominant cystoid. An important gene associated with Macular Holes is TGFB2 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Immune response IL-23 signaling pathway and Angiogenesis (CST).
