Loiasis, also known as eye worm disease of africa, is related to dirofilariasis and filariasis. An important gene associated with Loiasis is IL10 (Interleukin 10), and among its related pathways/superpathways are MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation and TGF-Beta Pathway.
