Lipomatosis, Familial Multiple, also known as lipoma, is related to lipoma of spermatic cord and chondroid lipoma. An important gene associated with Lipomatosis, Familial Multiple is HMGA2 (High Mobility Group AT-Hook 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Endometrial cancer and Breast cancer pathway.
