Lipedema

Lipedema is related to fibromyalgia and leptin deficiency or dysfunction. An important gene associated with Lipedema is AKR1C1 (Aldo-Keto Reductase Family 1 Member C1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Adipogenesis and Clock-controlled autophagy in bone metabolism.
