Lipoblastoma is related to liposarcoma and lipomatosis, familial multiple. An important gene associated with Lipoblastoma is PLAG1 (PLAG1 Zinc Finger), and among its related pathways/superpathways is PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. Affiliated tissues include salivary gland and spinal cord.
