Lentigines

Lentigines, also known as lentigo, is related to noonan syndrome with multiple lentigines and carney complex variant. An important gene associated with Lentigines is PTPN11 (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 11), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Infectious disease and Signal Transduction. The drugs Aminolevulinic acid and Glycolic acid have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and pituitary, and related phenotypes are nystagmus and abnormality of the skin
