Long Covid (PASC)

Long Covid, also known as post-acute sequelae of sars-cov-2 infection, is related to post-traumatic stress disorder and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. An important gene associated with Long Covid is ACE2 (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and ERK Signaling. The drugs Remdesivir and Infliximab have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
