Japanese Encephalitis

Japanese Encephalitis, also known as japanese b encephalitis, is related to west nile virus and st. louis encephalitis, and has symptoms including headache, high fever and neck stiffness. An important gene associated with Japanese Encephalitis is CD209 (CD209 Molecule), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and Class I MHC mediated antigen processing and presentation.
