Intestinal Polyposis Syndrome

Intestinal Polyposis Syndrome, also known as intestinal polyposis, is related to juvenile polyposis syndrome and genetic intestinal polyposis. An important gene associated with Intestinal Polyposis Syndrome is STK11 (Serine/Threonine Kinase 11). The drugs Temsirolimus and Sirolimus have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
