Intrinsic Asthma

Intrinsic Asthma, also known as non-atopic asthma, is related to aspirin-induced respiratory disease and exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. An important gene associated with Intrinsic Asthma is IL5 (Interleukin 5), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation. The drugs Omalizumab and Pharmaceutical Solutions have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include t cells and smooth muscle, and related phenotypes are immune system and digestive/alimentary
