Idiopathic Achalasia, also known as primary achalasia, is related to guillain-barre syndrome and achalasia. An important gene associated with Idiopathic Achalasia is CRLF1 (Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system.
