Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy (IMM)

Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy, also known as idiopathic inflammatory myositis, is related to antisynthetase syndrome and myositis, and has symptoms including back pain, muscle cramp and muscle rigidity. An important gene associated with Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy is TRIM21 (Tripartite Motif Containing 21), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Cytokine Signaling in Immune system and Spinal cord injury.
