Hypospadias, also known as familial hypospadias, is related to pseudovaginal perineoscrotal hypospadias and preaxial deficiency, postaxial polydactyly, and hypospadias. An important gene associated with Hypospadias is PIK3CA (Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-Bisphosphate 3-Kinase Catalytic Subunit Alpha), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Nervous system development and Pleural mesothelioma. The drugs Acetaminophen and Dexamethasone have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
