Histiocytoma, Angiomatoid Fibrous (AFH)

Histiocytoma, Angiomatoid Fibrous, also known as angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma, is related to fibrous histiocytoma and cutaneous fibrous histiocytoma. An important gene associated with Histiocytoma, Angiomatoid Fibrous is CREB1 (CAMP Responsive Element Binding Protein 1). The drugs Mechlorethamine and Ifosfamide have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include lymph node and skin, and related phenotype is histiocytoma.
