Graves Ophthalmopathy

Graves Ophthalmopathy, also known as thyroid associated ophthalmopathy, is related to endocrine exophthalmos and toxic diffuse goiter. An important gene associated with Graves Ophthalmopathy is TSHR (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Receptor), and among its related pathways/superpathways are NF-kappaB Signaling and T-cell activation SARS-CoV-2. The drugs Prednisone and Propylthiouracil have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include thyroid and eye, and related phenotype is neoplasm.
